The first step, once you have made the decision to sell, is to determine the selling price of your home. We will show you where we see your home fitting into the current market, but will allow you to set the price with which you feel most comfortable.

List your Home

Once you have decided on a price and listed your home with a member of our team, we will begin our marketing action plan. There are many steps in this plan and if you are uncomfortable with any one of them, we will discuss your concerns and decide whether or not to use that particual tool in the marketing of your home.

Once we begin receiving offers for the purchase of you property, we will meet with you to go over each offer. A member of our team will carefully go over each offer and help to identify the positives and negatives in each. We are here to help guide you in this process, but ultimately you will be able to decide which offer you would like to accept. Should you decide not to accept an offer as it is written, we will begin negotiating on your behalf until an agreement is made.
